S.A. Design is a jewelry studio specializing in one-of-a-kind and limited-edition pieces.  The studio has been in business in Bloomington, Indiana since 1972.  Sarah Applegate, owner and jewelry designer, is a university fine arts graduate with degree emphasis in metal smithing and jewelry design.

The jewelry is handcrafted in the studio from 14k and 18k gold, silver, and platinum.  Only precious and semi-precious gems are used.  Designs are inspired from both natural and geometric forms.
